Real Ways to Modify Your Lifestyle as a New Year Resolution


Do you make New Year’s resolutions? What’s the longest you ever kept one? Until a few years ago, I did good to get to mid-January sans chocolate. Then I found out that chocolate is actually good for you (everything in moderation). What would you really do to feel better? Don’t skim over that question too quickly. What would you really be willing to do? What would be worth losing weight? Sleeping better? Feeling better? Would it be worth it to swap the Cappuccino for Green Tea? What about less sugar? Less white salt? Less GMOs? Have you read the actual ingredients in America’s white flour?

How much water would you be willing to drink? What if I could tell you exactly how much you needed and that your body required more if you have silver dental fillings? Would you be willing to try a stand up desk an hour a day? Do you own a FitBit?

In 2018, I’m going to put the pedal to the metal to get you to understand every little improvement you make can add up to a big difference. Have you tossed out your toxin-riddled commercial products, yet? We’re about to get down to the nitty gritty about exactly what you’re putting IN and ON your body.
